Since we’re gonna talk about endings next week, you could watch LIttle Miss Sunshine. I know you have a bunch of writing to do and that should be priority… but…. Michael Arndt is a master of the ending.
I posted a talked of his a while back where he goes into detail about structuring an ending. You can find it here. Seriously though WRITE!!!!! And if you can come up with a working title for Tues. that would be great too.

Particularly for the HS class. We watched the introduction to this last week now take a look at the how PT Anderson structures those dialogue-free scenes on the page.
If you didn’t get to watch Chinatown or are looking for a follow up I’d check out Who Framed Roger Rabbit. A classic blending of live action and animation and by the far the #1 animated noir ever.

Dare I say lesser Kaufman… still way better than most. Kaufman is really a fantasy writer if you think about it. He doesn’t use dragons or aliens, but he invents these fantastical worlds that seem to live right here in the real world.
